Failing to plan is planning to fail. This simple statement stands the test of time in our fast paced world where change is the order of the day. Good planning is good stewardship. It conserves resources, prevents wasted effort, saves time and money and prevents small problems from becoming large ones.
As we roll out the Preserving an American Treasure Campaign we are keenly aware of our responsibility to ensure that The Estates will continue to provide enjoyment and education for future generations. Our vision to accomplish this will focus on building a permanent base of community support through participation, advocacy and sponsorship. The Campaign will launch through direct mail designed to encourage residents and local businesses to become more actively engaged as Friends of the Estates.
Our aim is to engage the Ft. Myers community as an “ownership partner” in the legacies of Thomas Edison and Henry Ford. Together we can celebrate our own American Treasure in the best way possible – by preserving it.
“Coming together is a beginning; keeping together is progress; working together is success.” Henry Ford
